Okedoke folks! Just TWENTY FOUR more days until I give up my beloved last name for a new, middle of the aplhabet, not so interesting one :)...BUT I dont have to spell it everytime for people, when I go into restaurants and give a last name, I can use my own! Not make one up like be a smith, or miller, or jones...nope I get to use my very own :)   So things are wrapping up, making sure appointments are all made, getting thinigs for the reception tent still....theres a list but i wont bore you... Im starting to get wedding jitters, not nervous i dont know if im ready to get married jitters, let me assure you...but nervous like...anxious, i cannot believe this is REALLY happening in three weeks, wanting to prepare myself, getting goosebumps kind of jitters. So, I am thrilled! I still cant manage to quit my job, im trying to push it as far up to the end is possible for a little extra money, but I'm wearing thin...and it just feels weird to me to quit a job without knowing whats next, I dont like that, I wont be working for like a month by choice! Thats just CRAZY! I havent EVER done that. SO everybody....I could really use your prayers....I have found all this planning and lack of sleep and working and traveling, to have taken quite toll on my body and it wants to quit and be sick....Ive been fighting fevers, colds, throat and gland issues,my body has been throbbing aching for days...I'm tryng to rest a little more and drink lots of fluids but theres really only so much resting I can do right now..so I'm fighting it but i t wouldnt kill me to be completely feeling up to snuff  on my wedding day and honeymoon :) Grr... Everything else in TC is great, Cherry Fest is over, the people are kinda thinning out around here,Its been a very warm summer here. I've had a little bit of tiem to enjoy it, but I still havent been out on the water or really had a beach day...I'll make up for it in Mexico I guess :) Little nephew Austin is getting HUGE, hes so cute, he gets better lookn all the time and its so fun to see his personality develope.Mike and Liz just bought a house! Its very homey! And spacious! Its on enough land for some good bon fire and places for their puppy tank to run around, and room for visitors!(If they'll accept newlyweds :) ) Its interesting to see old friends and where they are headed now in the real worls with their jobs and such and those that find themselves back in Traverse again...I love it here, I'll miss it. Under 60 days! Its so hard NOT to count down the days now....So Im pretty much going insane with all this planning, there are sooo many things going on at once and things to think about, i am writing stuff down constantly so I remember but then i cant remmeber where I wrote what down, its get'n down to detail stuff and i am daily trying to remind myself what i need to do that day, its hard when you are working full time to get this stuff done...honestly, its pretty much impossible, which is why I am sooo quitting one of my jobs here pretty soon, there is just no way i can get it done. My mind is constantly cluttered.

BUT I AM STILL SOOO EXCITED! Taylor is THE PERFECT man for me, in every way possible. It still hits me sometimes where I just look back and say..wow...seriously why me...I know that sounds so cheesy, but I honestly feel that way. Hes such a good leader, and I have full confidence in his ability and in his heart to be the head of our home. I cannot wait to start life with him! Its sad having his family so far away now, I wish I was able to spend more of this planning time with his mom and sister. Hes got an awesome family and they are the perfect inlaws(seriously) I love them so much already! Its so awesome to see how God works all this stuff out and when you just follow where hes leading things are totally so much better than you ever thought they would or could be.

Im missing my friends lately, my sisters, my cousins and my other buddies...I have no time to "relate" these days, yet these are the days I want to be soaking up that time with them, and preparing myself for this big step, I want them with me.

 Well it looks like summer is here! The awesome weather has finally consistantly begun around Northern Michigan! The beaches are officially open, and boats are everywhere. I absolutely love this time of year is Traverse City...the beginning of summer and then end...when its just us locals, finally getting to enjoy our town. I'm sure this weekend may pick up a bit...good thing I have plans..to notice...

So 77 days till I marry the love of my life! Things are coming together! My dress came in yesterday! Whoohoo! Although its in petoskey so I have to find a way to head out there some day of the week to make sure it fits and all, hopefully no or bare minimal alterations need to be done...the length has already been custom made, so that can be half the battle done...All other details are working out, Im getting to spend more time ont he decoration side of things and such which is so much more fun for me! Casper is whipping up my invitaions, I'm borrowing his creative mind for a few...Those will all be going out shortly! But WOW what a prohject all that is...Theres alot that goes into that part that can get old REALLY fast. Lots of names, handwriting all the names and addresses, making sure you have all the RIGHT names and addresses, amking sure one final time you havent left anyone out. And perfect timing just when stamps went up 2 silly cents again...anyway its a big deal getting all this stuff out, I'll be thrilled when its done. I still havnt found shoes, the girls jewelry, other gifts here and there...and many many more things you need that you rthink will be easy, then its crunch time and you cant find what you want....i find myself writing lists everyday over and over again of things i need to be keeping my eye out for....All in all the hard parts are over and now i just get to make sure I get all the detail stuff done. Yippe! I'm excited , I think it will be beautiful, and a PERFECT day! OOO got our bands picled too,that was fun, more blingbling for me! Taylors looks awesome, I kinda just told him to pick his out, but we looked at some things we both liked...But its very masculine looking,. ours dont match at all, but who does that anymore right? But its cool.

I had one shower already, for the Holoweiko side...for those of you who dont know thats, my moms maiden name...yeah sooo happy to be getting a normal name! :)...So aunts and some cousins were there, some of Tays family too, it was great! Fun fun stuff! Its starting to feel a little more real now...got to take some brand new pots and pans home, martini glasses, and all kinds of fun stuff! heres just a couple pics...I was so nervous, trying to blend two fmailies..its a good thing everyone is so nice! I couldnt even eat until the end when people left..hehe, silly me.(I realize I dont ahvea whole lot fo other people than my fmaily..haha, I'll get more :)

Easter was different this year, and it'll be more different next...oh how things change. This year I was already downstate hanging with my man and preparing to settle on an apartment we are going to live in for 4 months or so after the wedding. BUT the place ended up being closed, so that gave us some time to do other things! Like shop! Taylor and I went and found him some more dress shirts for his upcoming internship, dressed to impress all the big wigs he will be. He looks so good in just about everything, its so fun to dress him up...Hes JUST starting to get a glimpse of how that may be in the future...Kristin can attest..hehe. So he was going to end up being alone for Easter if I went home and it woulda been silly for him to go back and forth in a day, so we hung in East Lansing for Easter. Kendell came down from Holland and hung out with us, we made dinner and all ate a yummy meal together, their cousin AJ (whose fam was also gone) came to hang with us for a bit too. We were quite the misfit Easter gang..the leftovers...ha. Although it was really nice to see Kendell I dont get to see her enough. So overall it was a really nice relaxing Easter this year...who knows where I will be next year...and that is a weird thought. Might be two years in a  row I'm not with my Fam....I missed them.
